Work is also an issue that has popped into my head. I am excited in starting, but am also nervous about what it's going to be like. I guess that's only natural.
I'm also thinking about a special llama. It has been a while since I've seen or talked to this fuzzy bundle, so I've been kind of sad the past few weeks. I guess thing's just aren't the same. It is rather difficult for a duck when he can't talk to a llama. 70% yes, 30% no. Wish I could be 100%... but at least thing's have changed. Still not sure though...
Midterms are coming up too. I have two, and have started studying for them this past week. They may be difficult, they may not. Regardless, I will try best to stay focused and not get lazy. That, in itself, is an uphill battle during the summer semester.
Small group is doing alright. The group has shrunk since the 40 days of community ended, but none the less we are having lots of fun and still having great fellowship. Next small group meeting will be a movie night at my place.
Boxing has been on my mind for the past two weeks. I've been working the jabs and hooks, and I seem to be getting much stronger. I will continue to work the bag for the next little while.
Today was the last day for teaching sunday school. After this sunday, half my class will be gone and a new group will be coming in. Although I'm excited to meet the new kids, I'm also sad to see the one's I've grown to love go. The church was kind enough to give all the teachers and helpers some gifts, so below are the nice presents I recieved. The squirrel was named by the kids in my class, and they called it "Squirrly Wirrly".
