So I finally decided to declare my major. I've always known I was going to major in history, but I was always too lazy to declare it until recently. After going to see the History Undergraduate Academic Advisor, I've discovered how close I am to finishing up. By Spring of next year, I'll be out of SFU forever.I'm also ahead of schedule, considering how much History classes I took in my first and second years. For that reason, I have decided to take it easy this semester with only three courses. They include:
1. A 300 level Education class (Seminar). Im looking forward to this class, because its a seminar. The only problem is that it's 4 hours long... ugh.
2. A 200 level Geography class (Distance Ed) that's required for me to teach high school level social studies.
3. A 300 level History class (The history of Science: Post 1800), which I am looking forward to.
The schedule looks really nice. I have Monday and Tuesday off, Wednesday I'm in school from 9:30-12:20, Thursday from 12:30-4:20, and Friday from 9:30-10:20. From the looks of it, I'm going to have a lot of free time on my hands. Yippee!
